MAKE PERFECT builds quality into the process..
We establish build methods, controls and testing that consistently meet requirements from the first unit onward.

REPEAT turns a successful build into dependable production.
We carry the proven method into future orders and adjust output as demand changes.

04 | Scaling The Business, Not the Footprint

A university project became a product professional teams wanted. The next challenge was building a manufacturing model investors could stand behind.

As demand grew, investors wanted greater structure across procurement, manufacturing engineering and quality. The company wanted to keep its people focused on the product rather than expand its facility and add manufacturing labor.

Demand was proving the product. Manufacturing had to keep pace.

The first 25 machines exposed the limits of the existing model. Builds varied, bills of materials and work instructions had gaps, and repeatable processes had not been established. Seasonal orders made permanent assembly capacity difficult to justify.

We became their production line.

Starting with unit 26, we assumed responsibility for manufacturing and established the structure needed for repeatable production as orders and product requirements changed.

The company gained access to manufacturing capacity when needed without maintaining it internally. Production also remained in Canada, aligned with its preference to keep as much of the build in Canada as possible.

“This has always felt like a true partnership. Their team knows the product, our team knows manufacturing, and we work together to keep things moving as the business grows.”
